P T JOY is a chartered accountant qualified in the year 1999 . He is a commerce graduate and law graduate and is founder of the firm P T JOY AND ASSOCIATES. Has vast knowledge and rich experience over various domains for more than two decades. He had a short stint abroad associating with an international audit firm. An established and accomplished expert in this professional field with demonstrated expertise in tax matters. He is author of the following two books which are published and widely circulated in India by M/s Bharat Law House Pvt Ltd, New Delhi.

He has contributed articles on various matters in The Hindu News Daily, The New Indian Express, Mathrubhumi daily, Publications of Professional organizations, publication of the trade and industry organizations .He has presented papers on various technical subjects, tax matters in CPE programs of various professional bodies and knowledge imparting sessions of various Business Schools. He has spoken in more than 550 seminars, classes, meetings, workshops and orientation programs etc.
Was chairman of the Ernakulam Branch of the Institute of Chartered accountants of India for the year 2018-19.
T M Harikumar, who is a Fellow Chartered Accountant qualified in the year 1994 and an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, is a BSC Chemistry graduate. He has comprehensive experience over 37 years in a variety of roles in Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Internal Audit and Company Secretarial functions in Plantation Companies engaged in Tea, Cardamom, Rubber, Pepper and Coffee cultivation and manufacturing/processing (Listed and Unlisted Public Limited Companies) and its related Trading Units (30 years) and in an IATA approved Airline Agency Company (7 years). Has been associating with the firm after his tenure in the industries.
CA Jean Elizabeth John, qualified in the year 2019 and an Associate member of ICAI. Has quality experience in the field of corporate accounts, Risk based internal audits (RBIA), operational audits, review assignments, corporate taxation, XBRL Reporting and special assignments. Proven experience in using ERP and accounting software such as Finnacle and Hotlier etc. Effective and accomplished team leader with sharpened soft skills and technical knowledge. Successfully completed many challenging assignments with team support and group effort. Tech savvy and with non conventional approach to problem solutions.
